APEX AUTOMATED was established in 2022, offering our very own range of PLC systems that are initially focused towards autoclaves and industrial ovens, as this is where we have developed our manufacturing expertise.
3 years of tireless effort has gone into the design, development, and trialling of our own software system that will create an even playing field for all companies, small or large.
We now have a system that is every bit as capable as today’s market leading PLC systems, yet priced to cater for a broad spectrum of customers, from sole traders with a small autoclave or oven, to Tier 1 Aerospace companies with the most demanding of traceability requirements.
We have done this by building a standardised a PLC system that can be retrofitted to any autoclave or oven. The number and type of input and out signals can be altered to cater for various machine specifications and sizes, so our system can turn a basic manual autoclave or oven into a fully automated system.
